CRUST:
1/2 cup confectioners' sugar
1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
1 1/2 sticks or 3/4 cup of butter softened and sliced

FILLING;
1 {8-oz } package cream cheese softened
1/2 cup sugar
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 package { 10 - 12 oz } white baking chips melted and cooled
1/4 cup heavy whipping cream

Topping Fresh Fruit
strawberries, blueberries, bananas slices, kiwi slices, raspberries

Glaze:
3 TBSP sugar
2 tsp cornstarch
1/2 tsp lemon juice
1/2 cup of pineapple or apple juice

STEPS FOR CRUST:
1) In a small bowl, cream butter and confectioner sugar until light and fluffy. Gradually add flour and mix well.
2) Press into an ungreased 11-in fluted tart pan or a pan of your liking with sides
3) Bake at 300 Degrees for 25-30 minutes or until lightly browned . Cool completely

STEPS FOR FILLING:
1) In small bowl beat melted chips and heavy cream until blended
2) Add cream cheese beat until smooth
3) Spread over crust

TOPPING;
Arrange fruit the way you like

GLAZE:
1) Combine all ingredients and cook over medium heat until clear and thick about 2 minutes. Let cool
2) Brush glaze all over the top with a pastry brush
3) Refrigerate
