5 lbs. Red Potatoes, diced
1 T. Minced Garlic or 2 Cloves Fresh Garlic
3 cubes Chicken Bouillon
8 oz. Sour Cream
8 oz. Cream Cheese
½ c. Butter
Salt and Pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Boil potatoes, bouillon and garlic for 15 minutes. Drain, reserving water. In stand mixer, mash potatoes with sour cream and cream cheese, adding reserved water for desired consistency. Transfer mixture to slow cooker. Cook on low 2-3 hours. Just before serving, stir in butter and salt and pepper.

Low fat sour cream and cream cheese can be substituted. Do not substitute fat free varieties.
