1 1/2 cup butter, softened
1 (8oz) block of cream cheese
3 cups sugar
5 large eggs
3 Tbsp key lime juice
1 tsp key lime juice
3 cups all-purpose flour
Zest of 2 limes
1 cup powdered sugar
2 Tbsp water
1/2 tsp pure vanilla extract

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat the oven to 350F.
In a large bowl mix butter and cream cheese until light and fluffy.
Mix in sugar.
Gradually add one egg at a time, beating on low until combined.
Mix in 3 Tbsp key lime juice.
Add flour in batches.
Fold in the zest of one lime.
Grease 4 mini loaf pans and pour in the cake batter until each one is 3/4 full.
Bake 45 minutes, until a toothpick comes out clean.
If you do in abundance pan, grease it and bake 70 minutes, again test with a toothpick.
Allow to cool for at least 15 minutes.
To make the glaze whisk together the powdered sugar, 1 tsp key lime juice, water and vanilla.
If glaze is too thick add water 1/2 tsp at a time.
Pour over the top of the cooled loaves or bunds cake.
Zest one lime over the top.
