4 plain croissants
1 tbsp. butter
2 c. sliced fresh mushrooms
╝ c. sliced green onions
4 eggs
1 c. milk
1 c. shredded Swiss cheese
1 c. shredded mozzarella cheese
╝ c. parmesan cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Split croissants in half and place bottoms cut side up in one layer in a rectangular casserole. Melt butter in a fry pan.

SautÚ mushrooms and green onions until tender and liquid has evaporated. Set aside.

Beat together eggs and milk. Pour half the mixture over croissants, then layer mushroom mixture and cheeses on top, and pour remaining egg mixture over all.

Position the tops of the croissants on top of the mixture over each of the bottom croissants (cut side down). Cover with foil. Let stand overnight in the refrigerator.

Pre-heat oven to 350║. Bake uncovered for 25 to 30 minutes or until set.

Cover with foil lightly if casserole browns too quickly.
