Wash russet potatoes well and slice almost all the way through, in about 1/4–1/2}” slices. (Leave them connected at the bottom.) Spray with olive oil, season with salt, pepper and garlic seasoning.
Cook in air fryer for 18 minutes at 400º. Top with butter and sprinkle with parmesan cheese and cook for an additional 2 —4 minutes, depending on size
