2 lbs pork
2 lbs beef
1 c rice
1 c barley
1 lb. pin head oats
Bay leaf
salt
pepper

Directions:
Directions:
1. Cook rice, barley and oats together in enough water to cook until done.
2. Cook meat in oven. pour off meat juices into the grain mixture and season with salt and pepper.
3. Grind meat and add to grain mixture, Mix Well.
4. Mold in a loaf pan and chill thoroughly or freeze.
