1.5 (1T) T yeast
3 T (2T) sugar
3 c (2c) warm water
1/2 c (1/3c) oil
1/2 c (1/3c) sugar (but I add 1 cup {additional 1/3c} for sacrament bread)
1 T (2t) salt
1 egg
Enough flour to make it a slightly sticky dough. (I think 8-9 cups {5-6c [5.5c]} but I never measure.)

Directions:
Directions:
Add yeast, 3 T of sugar, and water into bowl and allow yeast to proof for about five minutes.
Mix in all the other ingredients except flour.
Add the flour a little at a time.
Let rise until doubled (about an hour)
Separate into 3 loaves.
Let rise another 30 minutes or until dough is about an inch above the edge of the pan.
Bake at 350 for 30 minutes.
