Ingredients:  
Do not use metal spoon and do not refrigerate. The day you receive the starter do nothing.
Days 2, 3 and 4- stir with wooden spoon
Day 5- add 1 c. milk, 1 c. sugar and 1 c. flour. Stir.
Day 6, 7, 8 and 9- stir
Day 10- add 1 c. milk, 1 c. sugar and 1 c. flour. Stir.
Pour 1 c of the mixture into 3 separate containers and give to 3 friends.





With the remaining mixture add:
2/3 c. oil
3 eggs
2 c. flour
1 c. sugar
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
add fruits, nuts,raisins, chopped apples or chocolate chips

Pour into 2 well greased, cinnamon and sugared loaf pans. Bake 45-50 minutes at 350º. Cook 10 minutes. This recipe is so fun because you get to share with the saints. You can also keep the extra starter if you need to do a lot of baking for extra company.
