1-8 oz. bag medium egg noodles
2 # gr. beef
2/3 c. chopped onion
4 stalks celery, chopped
1-16 oz. can tomato sauce
1-2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/4 tsp pepper
1-8 oz. cream cheese, softened
1/2 - 1 cup sour cream
1 small pkg. shredded sharp cheddar cheese

Heat oven to 350º

Cook noodles and drain- set aside

In large skillet, cook and stir, beef, celery, and onion until meat is brown and veggies are tender. Drain off fat. Stir in tomato sauce and spices. Heat to boiling; reduce heat and simmer 1 minute. Remove from heat and stir in cream cheese and sour cream. Fold in drained noodles. Grease 9x13 casserole and pour in casserole mixture. Add shred cheese to top and cover, baking for 30 minutes. Take off cover and let cook another 5-10 minutes.
May substitute rice for noodles.

Recipe may be 1/2'd for 8x8 dish or small casserole but cook only 30 minutes total.
