3/4 cup white sugar
1/2 cup corn syrup
2 tbsp water
2 egg whites
1/4 tsp cream of tarter
1/4 tsp salt
1 tsp vanilla

Beat for 8-10 minutes with the electric mixer until stiff peaks form. Add vanilla when done.
