My home made BBQ Sauce **see Misc. section for recipe**
2 chicken breasts
1 Knorr bullion chicken flavor cube
6 cups water
1/2 red onion, finely sliced
pineapple cubes, drained (keep the juice)
1/2 cup canadian bacon, cut to own liking
1 can pizza dough of choice
shredded cheese and quantity of choice

Directions:
Directions:
Put water in medium pot with chicken builion, cut the chicken breasts in thirds, bring to a boil and simmer on medium heat for about 10-15 minutes. While hot (be very careful) slice the chicken into desired pieces that will go on the pizza, smother in bbq sauce and let marinade for few minutes, then using very small amout of oil, heat a frying pan and add the bbq smothered chicken pieces adding little of the left over pineaapple juice and complete cooking with the bbq flavor. Follow pizza dough instructions for baking technique and oven temerature and length of baking. Spread the dough per instructions, then spread cold bbq souce on and arrange the red onion, canadian bacon, chicken and pineaapple to your likings. Finally, add the cheese that makes you happy and as much or little as you desire. Enjoy!
