2 sticks butter, melted
2 c. sugar
6 tbsp. cocoa
4 eggs
2 c. chopped nuts
1 1/2 c. flour
2 tsp. vanilla

Directions:
Combine 3/4 of butter to sugar.
Add cocoa to rest of ingredients
Combine these
Add rest of ingredients and mix well.

Bake at 375º for 20 min.
