Ingredients:  
Ingredients:  
8-9 c. flour
1 c. Sugar
3 pkgs. yeast
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 c. water
1 1/2 c. milk
1 c. Butter
2 eggs

Filling:
1/2 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. pecans
1/2 c. raisins
1 tsp. cinnamon

Glaze:
2 c. Powdered sugar, 1/2 tsp. vanilla and 3 tbsp. Water

Directions:
Directions:
Combine 2 c. flour, sugar, salt and yeast
Heat water, milk and butter until very hot
Add to dry mixture and beat at medium speed 2 min.
Add enough flour to make a soft dough and knead 10 min.
Let rise 45 min.
Divide dough in half and roll out and fill.

Filling:
Combine and spread over dough
Slice and roll into round buns

Bake at 350º 10 min.

Glaze while warm.
