1 c salt
3 large green peppers, sliced or chopped
1 head cabbage, chopped fine
4 onions, chopped
1 tbls cloves, allspice, cinnamon, and mustard
1 c brown sugar
Vinegar to cover

Directions:

Slice or chop tomatoes and sprinkle with salt.
Drain
Put tomatoes in kettle with other ingredients.
