1 peck green tomatoes, washed and cut into slices about 1/4 inch thick.
1 c vinegar
2 1/2 c sugar

Directions:

Cook tomatoes in weak salt water until tender.
Cook tomatoes in vinegar and sugar until thickened.
Can and seal while hot.
