8 qts cucumbers, peeled & chunked
2 qts onions
1 head cauliflower
2 pt cans of mustard
2 tsp turmeric
1 gal vinegar
1 c cold water
Flour to thicken
Sugar to taste
1 red pepper or 1/2 tsp dried red pepper
1/2 c salt

Directions:
Directions:
Let cucumber, onion, cauliflower stand overnight in salt water.
Add vinegar and red pepper to cucumber mix and bring to boil.
Cook until vegetables are tender
Add flour, turmeric, and mustard
Pour into canning jars.
