7 qts cucumber
1 qt sliced onions
6 green peppers

3 qts vinegar
6 1/2 c white sugar
1/2 lb mustard seed (less if you do not like them)
2 tsp salt
1 tsp tumeric

Directions:
Directions:
Soak cucumbers, onions, and green pepper overnight in a weak brine solution and then drain.
Pack in quart jars.
Combine other ingredients and boil.
Cover cucumbers with boiling mixture and seat tightly.
