Enough halibut to cover 9 inch square greased pan.
2 cups sour cream
1 lemon rind, diced
2 cups salsa or 1 cup salsa + can diced green chilies
Shredded Mexican blend cheddar cheese
Panko

Directions:
Directions:
Grease 9 inch square pan and cover bottom with halibut pieces
Mix sour cream, lemon rind and salsa and cover halibut. Squeeze lemon juice over top.
Cover with cheese and Panko.
Bake at 350º for 35 minutes or until browned.
