I pkg. Won Ton wrappers
3 cups salad oil for frying

Filling:
cup ground pork
tbs or so cornstarch
3 green onions
1 can water chestnuts
1 tbsp. ginger, grated

Sauce:
3/4 cup water
1/2 cup vinegar
1/2 cup sugar
2 tbsp. ketchup
1 tbsp. soy sauce
1/4 tsp. sesame oil
2 tbs. cornstarch blended with 2 tbs water

Directions:

Using a food processor, mix the filling ingredients thoroughly
Place a tsp or so of filling into each wrapper and follow folding directions

Heat about 3 cups of salad oil to frying temp and carefully place wontons, a few at a time into the oil until they are crisp.
Place a towel over cooked won tons to keep them warm as you fry the batches.

Sauce:
Boil together the first six ingredients and thicken with cornstarch/water mixture.
