1 egg
3 Tbsp. butter
1/2 cup sugar
4 Tbsp rice flour
1 tsp almond flavouring
Directions:
Directions:
Line tiny tart tins with pastry.
Combine egg, butter, sugar and rice flour and beat till smooth.
Place 1 tsp of jam in each tart shell, then a spoonful of batter
Bake at 375º for 15 minutes
