1 lb. fresh green beans
1 lg. onion (1 c. sliced)
4 cloves garlic
1 T. olive oil
salt & black pepper, to taste
1 T. or more to taste balsamic vinegar

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 400º. Spray a 13x9 or larger baking pan with cooking spray. Rinse and trim the green beans. Place in pan. Peel the onion and cut into 1/4" slices. Peel the garlic and cut the cloves in half. Scatter onion slices and garlic over the beans. Drizzle the oil and vinegar over the vegetables. Sprinkle lightly with salt and pepper. Bake, uncovered for about 30 minutes, stirring every 10 minutes. On the 2nd stir, taste 1 bean and adjust the remaining cooking time to personal preference.
