1 lb halibut or salmon, cut into large serving pieces
1 can cream mushroom or shrimp or asparagus soup
1/2 cup sour cream
1 T horseradish
2 T minced onion
1 tsp minced garlic
4 to 6 shakes of hot sauce.
1 package frozen tater-tots

Directions:
Directions:
Grease a 9x13 foil lined cake pan
Mix together all ingredients except fish and tater-tots. Put small amount in the greased and foil lined pan.
Put fish pieces in pan and cover with remaining sauce.
Top with frozen tater-tots. Sprinkle with salt and pepper and bake in hot oven 375º for 35 to 45 minutes or until fish is done,
If Grannie is not mistaken, Bernie topped this after baking with sour cream and fresh Parmesan cheese.
