Spaghetti with Lemon, Basil and Shrimp Recipe

1/2 c EVOO
2 t grated lemon zest
1 cup lemon juice ( 2 lemons)
1 clove garlic, minced
S&P
1 cup Parmesan Cheese, grated
4 Tbs unsalted butter, softened
1 pound shrimp
16 oz spaghetti
1/4 cup fresh basil shredded

Directions:
Directions:
Whisk oil, lemon zest and juice, garlic and 1/2 tsp salt in small bowl. , then stir in parmesan until creamy.
Mix 2 T butter in 12" nonstick skillet over med heat. Pat shrimp dry and season with S&P. Cook in a single layer until firm, about 3 min. Transfer to bowl and cover.
Meanwhile bring 4 quarts of water to boil in a large pot. Add 1 T salt and pasta; cook until al dente. Reserve 1/2 c cooking water. Drain pasta and return it to pot. Stir in oil mixture and shrimp with any accumulated juice, remaining 2 T butter and basil and toss to combine. Add reserved cooking water as needed to adjust consistency. Season to taste. Serve.
