6 slices Whole Wheat Bread
2 T Butter, softened
2½ cups shredded Cheese Mix
1¼ cups Milk
7 Eggs, lightly beaten
1 pkg (10 oz) Frozen Spinach, thawed & well drained
¼ tsp Salt
⅛ tsp Pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Spread bread with butter and arrange slices in a single layer in a greased 9x13" baking dish. Sprinkle with cheese. Combine milk, eggs, spinach, salt, and pepper in a large bowl. Stir well and pour over bread & cheese. Cover and refrigerate at least 6 hrs, or overnight. Bake, uncovered, at 350º about 1 hour, or until puffy, and light golden brown. Sliced artichoke hearts can also be added, if desired.
