3 T Unsalted Butter, melted
1½ cups All Purpose Flour
1½ cups Whole Milk
4 Lg Eggs
½ tsp Salt

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 400º. Spray muffin pan with cooking spray. In a large bowl, whisk ingredients together until only a few lumps remain. Do not over-mix! Divide batter among muffin cups and bake until puffed and deep golden brown (30-35 minutes). Do not open the oven door before the 30 minutes, or the popovers will collapse!
