Personal Notes:
My Uncle Albert is 90 Years old and in a Nursing home. He was complaining that he misses his Mexican food. I started bringing him food every Monday. I was running out of Mexican desserts so I came up with a Mexican variation of Chocolate Cream Pie. He does love his sweets.
