2 lb Pork Sausage
12 Eggs
1 cup Sour Cream
¼ cup Milk
2 T Butter
4 Green Onions, diced
½ Green Bell Pepper, diced
½ Red Bell Pepper, diced
2 cups shredded Cheddar Cheese
Salt & Pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350º, and coat a 9X13" dish with cooking spray.
2. Combine eggs, sour cream, milk, cheese, and salt & pepper in a large bowl. Mix on
low speed with electric mixer just until combined.
3. Brown Sausage & drain. Add sausage to mixture bowl.
4. Saute onions, and bell peppers in butter until just tender, and add to bowl and stir to
combine.
5. Pour mixture into dish and bake for 35-50 minutes, or until edges are set, and
center is barely jiggly.
