1 pkg Active Dry Yeast
1⁄4 cup Warm Water
1 Egg
1⁄2 cup Tomato Juice, warmed
3 tablespoons Butter
1⁄4 cup Brown Sugar
1 1⁄2 tsp. Celery Salt
2 tablespoons Onion Flakes
3 cups Flour
10 Beef frankfurters

Directions:

Dissolve yeast in water. Mix liquids and sugar. Mix together with flour and knead. Raise until doubled (1hr) Roll and cut into 10 triangles. Roll up cooked wieners starting at big end. Let rise until puffy (30 min) Bake at 350° for 20 min or until golden brown.
