1 C. Butter, softened
½ C. White sugar
½ C. Brown Sugar, packed
1 Egg
¼ t. Orange Extract
1 T. Orange Zest
2 ¼ C. Flour
¾ t. Baking Soda
½ t. Salt
2 C. White Chocolate Chips
1 C. Walnuts, chopped

Directions:

Preheat oven to 350 º

Cream butter and sugar until light and fluffy. Beat in the egg, orange zest and extract. Combine dry ingredients and mix into the creamed mixture. Stir in the white chocolate chips and walnuts. Drop by tablespoonfuls onto ungreased cookie sheet. Bake for 10 - 12 minutes. Allow to cool on pan for two minutes before transferring to wire racks. Cool completely.
