1 (20 oz) crushed pineapple (in juice)
1 c+ miniature marshmallows
½ c crushed pecans (you don't have to add these)
2 bananas
12 oz cool whip
½ c sugar
1 egg
2 T flour
2 T butter

Directions:
Directions:
In a saucepan combine the pineapple juice, sugar, egg, butter and flour. Stir constantly over medium heat until it thickens~add a little flour if needed to thicken. Strain into a bowl. Put in refrigerator to cool. After it cools, stir mixture in bowl with cool whip and add pineapple and marshmallows. Slice bananas into fourths and put in. Refrigerate.

You can make the pineapple juice mixture in advance and keep overnight in the refrigerator and finish it the next day.
