½ C SHORTENING
1 C SUGAR
2 EGGS
1 TSP Baking Soda
1 TAB SOUR MILK
2 C FLOUR
½ TSP SALT
1 TSP VANILLA
2 C APPLES, PEELED AND CHOPPED

PUT IN 3 SMALL WELL GREASED PANS
MIX FOR TOP:
2 TAB BUTTER
2 TAB FLOUR
2 TAB SUGAR
1 TSP CINNAMON

BAKE AT 325º FOR 1 HOUR
