1½ cups elbow macarone
3 Tbl. butter
2 Tbl. flour
½ tsp. salt
¼ tsp. pepper (optional) - I don't use.
2 cups milk
8 oz. Velveeta
(I also add about 2-4 oz. colby cheese if I have any)

Directions:
Directions:
Cook macaroni in boiling water till tender; drain. In saucepan, melt butter; blend in flour, salt, and pepper. Add milk; cook and stir until bubbly. Add cheese, stir until melted. Mix cheese sauce and macaroni. Pour into 1½ - 2 qt. casserole dish and bake at 350º for 35 to 40 minutes or until heated through.
