200 g. butter
200 g. sugar
5 eggs
300 g. flour
2 tsp. baking powder
1 TB baking cocoa
1 TB milk
700 g. canned sour cherries

Cream:
500 ml. milk
1 pkg. vanilla pudding
2 TB sugar
250 g. butter
400 g. chocolate

Directions:

Dough:
Combine the butter, sugar, eggs, flour and baking powder. Make a dough. Take 2/3 of the dough and put on a cookie sheet (11” x 17”).
Add the cocoa and milk to the remaining 1/3 of the dough and mix well. Spread dark dough on top of light dough.
Drain cherries and spread over dark layer.
Bake at 350º F for 30 minutes. Cool off.

Cream:
Bring the milk to a boil. Mix the pudding and sugar with some milk and add to boiling milk. Let the pudding cool off. Mix the butter with the pudding, whenever the butter and the pudding reach the same temperature. Spread pudding-butter on the cold cake. Melt the chocolate and pour over cake.
