1½ lbs. hamburger
1 pkg. taco seasoning
½ c. warm water
1 sm. can refried beans
½ c. salsa
½ c. sour cream
1 can mushroom soup
8 -12 tortillas

Directions:
Directions:
Fry hamburger and drain. Add seasonings, water, beans and salsa. Grease a 9”x 13” dish. Put thin layer of meat mixture in dish. Warm tortillas and fill with meat. Lay tortillas seam side down. Fill in with extra meat on top and sides. Mix soup and sour cream; put on top of casserole. Bake at 350º for 30 minutes. Top with 2 cups grated cheese. Bake 10 minutes more. Top with lettuce, salsa and sour cream. Variation: Add one medium onion, chopped, to hamburger and use ¼ cup water instead of ½ cup water.
