1 lb. ground venison
1 lb wild boar sausage
½ medium onion, chopped
2 eggs
½ tsp pepper
2 cloves minced garlic
⅔ C bread crumbs
2 T ketchup
1 T worcestershire sauce
Directions:
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350º

2. Mix all ingredients together; shape in a loaf.

3. Line a pan with a rack with tin foil.

4. Bake for 60 to 90 minutes. Make sure it is cooked all the way through before serving.
