1/2 C Oleo
2 C Sugar
2 Eggs
1/2 C Cocoa
1/2 C Cold Coffee (water)
1 tsp Baking Soda
2 C Flour
1/2 tsp Baking Powder
1 C Hot Water
Directions:
Directions:
Cream oleo and sugar. Add eggs and then other ingredients. Add hot water last. Bake in 2 - 9 inch circle pans at 350º for 35 minutes. Frost 1st layer with you favorite frosting of choice and add 2nd layer and finish frosting.
