For the Chicken:

1/4 cup white wine
1/4 cup soy sauce
1 T peanut oil
2 T fresh lime juice
3 cloves garlic, chopped
4 skinless, boneless chicken breasts

For the Peanut Sauce:

1/2 cup peanut butter
2 T soy sauce
1 tsp red chili paste, like Sambal
1 T brown sugar
1 lime, juiced
1/4 - 1/2 cup hot water

For the Chicken:

Combine the white wine, soy sauce, peanut oil, lime juice and garlic in a zippered bag. Slice the chicken breasts into strips and add to the bag. Marinate at least one hour and up to overnight. Skewer the chicken strips on metal or wooden ( soak in water for at least 30 minutes) skewers. Grill 10-12 minutes or until done.

For the Peanut Sauce:

In a food processor add all of the ingredients except the hot water. Whirl to combine. Add the hot water slowly till the consistency you would like.
