1 pkg. devils food cake mix, regular size
1 pkg. instant chocolate pudding (4 serving size)
1/2 cup butter, softened
4 eggs
1 cup water

1 cup marshmallow crème
3/4 cup powdered sugar
3/4 cup butter
1/2 t vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
In a large mixing bowl, combine cake mix, pudding, butter, eggs and water. Beat until light, fluffy and thick. Drop by heaping teaspoons onto greased cookie sheets. Bake 350º about 8-12 minutes until they spring back when lightly touched. Remove to wire racks to cool completely.
For filling, combine marshmallow crème, powdered sugar, butter and vanilla in a large mixing bowl. Beat until light & fluffy. Spread filling on flat sides of cookies and sandwich together. Makes about 36 if you do teaspoons of cookie dough or about 20 if you do tablespoons of dough.
