1 cup mayonnaise
1 cup parmesan cheese
1 can (7Żoz) artichoke hearts
8oz cream cheese

triscuits or any other sturdy cracker


Directions:
Directions:
Drain artichokes and cut into bite sized pieces. In another bowl combine remaining ingredients. Mix well and then add artichoke hearts. Gently mix. Put into a serving dish and bake at 350║ for 30 minutes. Blot the excess oil from the top with paper towels before serving with crackers.
