3 medium eggs
2 cups brown sugar
2 cups shredded zucchini
1 cup vegetable oil
3 tsp. Vanilla extract
3 T. molasses
3 c. Flour
1 tsp. Baking soda
1/2 tsp. Baking powder
3 T. Cinnamon
1/4 tsp. Nutmeg
1 tsp. salt
1 cup chopped walnuts


Directions:

Combine all wet ingredients and dry ingredients separately first. Then combine all ingredients together. Then pour evenly into two greased bread loaf pans and bake for 45 minutes at 325 degrees. Check for doneness by poking with a clean knife.
