Pickled Red Onions


Ingredients:

Red Onion, julienne- 1 lb.
Vinegar- 1 ½ c.
Sugar- 1 tsp.
Salt- 1 tsp.
Garlic Cloves, halved- 2 ea.
Black Peppercorns- 1 T.
Thyme- 6 sprigs.

1. Combine all ingredients in a large plastic Tupperware Container.

2. Store in refrigerator.

3. Allow onions to pickle in refrigerator for at least 24 hours.
 

Creamy Citrus Aioli

Mayonnaise- 2 c.
Lemon Juice- ¼ c.
Capers, chopped- ¼ c.
Tarragon, Chopped- 2 T.
Garlic, minced- 1 T.
Olive Oil- ½ c.
Kosher Salt- 1 tsp.
Black Pepper- 1 tsp.
