3 c elbow macaroni
6 tbsp butter
4 tbsp flour
1 tsp salt
dash of pepper
4 c milk
16 oz Velveeta cheese, cubed
8 oz shredded cheddar cheese

Directions:
Directions:
1) Cook macaroni according to package directions.
2) In large sauce pan, melt butter. Blend in flour, salt and pepper. Add milk and continue to stir and cook until it bubbles.
3) Add Velveeta cheese to milk mixture and stir until completely melted and smooth.
4) Combine macaroni and cheese mixture in 9x13 baking pan.
5) Bake at 350 degree for 35-40 minutes until heated through.
6) Sprinkle cheddar cheese over the top and continue to bake uncovered for another 10-15 minutes at 375 degrees until cheese is melted and begins to brown.
