2 cups flour
4 tsp. baking powder
2 Tbsp. sugar
1 tsp salt
1/3 cup cold butter
3/4 cup cold milk

Directions:
Directions:
Mix four ingredients together in bowl. Cut in butter until crumbly. Add milk. Stir with fork until it forms a ball. Add a bit more milk if necessary to make a soft dough. Knead 10 times on lightly floured surface. Roll 1/4 inch thick. Cut into circles.
I use a tomato paste can for cutting circles.
Bake at 425º for 8 to 10 minutes. Be sure to preheat oven.
