Ingredients:  
Place Chicken pieces in casserole dish. You can brown chicken if you would like. I use about 1 kg of chicken breast and thighs. This depends on how many might be coming for supper.
Place 3/4 cup of rice over chicken
Sprinkle with I package of onion soup mix
Pour 4 cups of milk and 2 cans of "cream of chicken" soup over it.
I mix milk and soup together and then pour over rice and chicken.
Bake for 3 hours at 325º.
I also cover while baking and last 15 to 20 minutes take cover off.
