cut button bones or spareribs into small pieces.
1 tin tomato soup or 1 cup ketchup
1/4 cup vinegar
3 Tablespoons brown sugar
1 cup celery
1 Tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
1 teaspoon prepared mustard
1 med chopped onion

Directions:

Brown the button bones. Mix other ingredients and simmer for 5 minutes.
Mix other ingredients and simmer for 5 minutes. Pour over meat. Bake 400º 1 hour covered and for the last 15 minutes uncover.

I have bought pieces of pork used for stir fry and it works well.
