1/2 cup prepared horseradish
1 tsp salt
1/8 tsp pepper

Directions:

Whisk cream in a bowl until thickened but not yet breaking peaks. 1 - 2 minutes.
Gently fold in the horseradish, salt and pepper.
Transfer the cream sauce to a serving bowl and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes, or up to one hour before serving.
