1 package of 6 frozen patty shells
4 T butter
1 medium onion
2 ribs celery, sliced
1/2 pound mushrooms, sliced
3 T flour
Water
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 1/2 cups dry white wine
2 cups cooked shrimp, peeled & deveined

Directions:
Directions:
Bake patty shells as directed on package. Hedat buter in a saucepan. Add onion and celery; saute until translucent, but not brown, about 4 minutes. Stir in mushrooms, saute 5 minutes.
Blend flour into enough water to amke a thin paste, then blend into soup. Remove pot fromheat and stir soup into onion mixture. Slowly blend in wine.

Return to medium heat and cook, stirring until thickened. Just before serving, sir in shrimp and heat thoroughly. Ladle shrimp mixture into hot patty shells and serve at once.
