12 fingerling or small Yukon gold potatoes
3 tbsp duck fat
1 tsp sesame oil
1 green onion chopped
Salt and pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Melt duck fat over medium high heat. Add sesame seed oil. Quarter or slice the potatoes and drop them into the pan. Saute for 15 minutes flipping occasionally so all sides brown evenly. Once tender and brown remove briefly to a paper towel or better yet serve straight from the pan with a slotted spoon. Season with salt and peeper and sprinkle with the green onions.
