Cake:
2 cups flour
1 cup sugar
1 Tbsp baking powder
1/3 cup butter softened
1 cup milk
2 eggs

Streusel:
1 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup flour
1 tsp cinnamon
1 stick butter

Directions:
Directions:
Prepare streusel by mixing all ingredients until crumbly.
Place cake ingredients in a mixing bowl & beat for 2 minutes.
Spread half the cake batter into a 13x9x2 inch baking pan. Crumble half of streusel over the batter. Spread the rest of the batter over the streusel and then top with streusel. Bake at 350º for 35-40 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.

Some variations: use a 9x9x2 inch pan. Add raisins or blueberries or nuts etc. Top with crushed pineapple or jelly. substitute orange juice for milk or peanut butter for butter. Use Whole Wheat flour.
