Ingredients:
Ingredients:
1 box sugar cookie mix
(or 1 roll refrigerator sugar cookies)
2 large pkgs. cream cheese (softened)
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 cup sugar
Apple jelly (clear kind)
Fresh fruit (strawberries, pineapple chunks, mandarin oranges, grapes,
blueberries, etc., etc., etc.)

Directions:
Directions:
Make cookie mix per directions on box (or cut roll cookies in 1/4 inch slices) and press to form one large cookie on pizza pan. Bake until firm but not brown.

Mix cream cheese with sugar and vanilla. Spread on cooled cookie. Arrange fruit on top in pretty designs. Mix about 1/2 cup apple jelly with about 4 or 5 tbsp. water. Drizzle on top of pizza and fruit covering everything. A pastry brush works well for this step. Refrigerate for about 1 hour before serving.

Personal Notes:
Personal Notes:
You can make the cookie part the night before but wait until about 1 or 2 hours before serving to put on toppings. If that is done earlier, it will be soggy by the time you eat it. That doesn't ruin it though since it tastes good any way you serve it.
